Job Description

NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join our team in the position of Registrar (part time) which can be filled in various locations, preferably Charlotte. 

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for credentialing guests at various racing events throughout the racing season for the national series.

 

Verifies identification and issues credentials for all three national series.

 

Investigates and resolves issues with guests not included on the guest list.

 

Assists with balancing cash for weekly remittance reports.

 

Other duties may be assigned.

 

Approximate travel 90% (Thursday - Sunday) 2 races per month (average)

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
