Job Description

NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join our team in the position of Coordinator, Revenue Operations based in Charlotte. 

 

The Coordinator, Revenue Operations manages the forecasting and fulfillment of all ad sales requests within the Ad Serving platform (site and mobile).

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

Analyze and report the daily, monthly and yearly inventory available for sale to our Digital Ad campaigns across all Platforms; maximize ad campaign delivery and improve the Revenue Operation’s tools and processes to increase revenue

 

Oversee the ‘viewability’ metrics and create action steps for any underperforming ad placement including the creation of process documentation for the Revenue Operations team

 

Ensure accurate fulfillment of ad campaigns and billing in support of the cross-functional team including Sales, Sales Planning, and third-party vendors

 

Manage vendors and contractors for day-to-day operational integration

 

Document and inventory all campaigns and status of campaigns on all Platforms (web, mobile web and app).

 

Act as the lead for all escalations of ad related and tracking issues during live events

 

Document and inventory all campaigns; create and maintain documentation on best process workflows for Revenue Operations

 

Update the Operations team on standard digital issues arising on all digital platforms

 

Other assignments as needed

 

Approximate travel 5%

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of three (3) year’s related experience and/or training in a digital or ecommerce environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Able to react well under pressure and treat others with respect and consideration

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Exceptional attention to detail and strong project time management and multi-tasking skills

Ability to start and complete small-scale projects independently

Able to learn new concepts quickly and easily when faced with new issues or problems

Open to change and enjoys the challenge of an unfamiliar or difficult task

Possesses a general understanding of customer service practices including voice, email, chat, ticketing
