AMA Pro Racing seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Office Assistant based in our Daytona Beach, FL office.
This is a Part Time position to Answer phones, field calls to proper departments, and answer questions when possible. Open daily mail, process payments, and paperwork to Accounting and Registration departments. Assist CEO with administrative needs. Provide basic administrative support to all departments. Order supplies and maintain common office areas. Approximately 5 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Field phone calls.
Open and process daily mail.
Produce daily remit reports for checks, cash and credit card payments for Accounting department.
Process refunds of Withdrawals cancelled events.
Request and received Certificates of Insurance for Events.
Maintain Incident Summary Reports.
Perform administrative functions (copies, typing, filing, shipping, etc.)
Order office supplies.
Book travel as needed for hotel, flights and rental cars as needed.
Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required.
Update appointment calendars.
Schedule use of conference rooms.
Keep break rooms in order and supplies stocked.
Assist departments with administrative needs including but not limited to form creation and maintenance, website posting, email blasts and mailing assistance.

Education and/or Experience
One (1) year certificate from college or technical school; or two (2) years administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
