NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join our team in the position of Senior Account Executive, Series Marketing.
Provide overall support to our Series Sponsorship accounts, with primary focus on NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series initiatives, as well as approving, tracking and reporting all marketing and licensing activation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and support Senior Manager with series-related initiatives (e.g., integrated marketing programs, sponsor hospitality, series branding, etc.).
Work with IMC, Youth Marketing and Industry Services teams to develop and lead in-market driver appearances through the Advance programs.
Manage weekly distribution and fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables.
Approve, track and report sponsor marketing activation (e.g. advertising, social/digital campaigns, at-track activation and premiums).
Assist Brand Marketing with all quality control and trademark matters well as creation of guidelines and toolkits for series programs.
Handle ad hoc projects across the department on an as needed basis.
Approximately travel 25%, including weekends.
Assist with coordination of departmental functions
Facilitate weekly operations calls with series partners and associated agencies for race weekend activities
Manage ticket and credential requests/fulfillment for series partners
Manage Trophies during Championship Weekend
Work closely with Senior Manager on cross-departmental initiatives
Compose and edit external facing documents for series partner (decks, overviews, charts, etc.)
Compile and interpret quantitative and qualitative data for internal/external recaps
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and two to four years marketing, sponsorship sales and/or business administration experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
