    Job Description

    NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join our team in the position of Recruiter, based in our Charlotte, NC office.


    Responsible for full life cycle recruitment as determined by business needs, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for assigned job searches.


    Duties include, but are not limited to:


    Conduct full life cycle recruiting for assigned job searches, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.


    Work with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and development recruiting strategy, conducts market research as needed to make recommendations on compensation and sourcing strategies. Discuss corporate diversity initiatives and review strategies for impact.


    Develops or updates job description, thoroughly reviewing FLSA status.


    Initiates and manages postings and/or recruiting firm contacts as appropriate for locating qualified candidates.


    Proactively build pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, internet searching, etc.


    Conduct phone screens and interviews, summarizing results and recommending next steps to hiring managers.


    Consult with hiring managers to recommend and identify the most qualified candidates.


    Conduct pre-employment screening, including background checks, references and drug screens.


    Preparation and negotiation of offer package.


    Estimated travel 5%, including some weekends.


    Required Skills/Experience:


    Bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years related recruiting experience. Experience working with iCIMS applicant tracking system is a strong plus.
