    Job Description

    NASCAR is searching for a talented professional to join our team in the position of Accounts Payable Administrator.  Based in our Daytona Beach office, the Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for the administration of accounts payable.

     

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Code invoices and scan into imaging system, enter invoices into accounting system, verify proper approvals and prepare batch for check printing
    • Research outstanding balances and reconcile vendor statements
    • Follow up on invoices not yet approved or paid
    • Prepare reclassification entries
    • Review and process expense reports
    • Assist with form 1099s, projects and audits as needed

     

    Qualifications include the following:

     

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Minimum of 2 to 3 years of recent experience with high volume accounts payable processing

    Must have a can do attitude and work ethic

    Superb written and oral communication skills

    Excellent organizational and time management

    Must have strong analytical skills and reasoning ability

    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Great Plains experience is a plus.
