    Sebring International Raceway seeks a talented professional to join our team in the position of Part Time Receptionist based in our Sebring, FL office. 

    Operates telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate; Greets visitors, vendors and guests and notifies appropriate parties.  Completes a variety of administrative duties, including event ticket.

    Job Description

    Sebring International Raceway seeks a talented professional to join our team in the position of Part Time Receptionist based in our Sebring, FL office. 

    Operates telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate; Greets visitors, vendors and guests and notifies appropriate parties.  Completes a variety of administrative duties, including event ticket.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     Answer phones professionally, determine purpose of call, and forward to appropriate individual or department.

    Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of visit, and announces visitor to appropriate staff member.

    Mail handling including receiving sorting and routing; apply postage to outgoing mail and place in mailbox.

    Shipping and receiving of packages; notify receivers of incoming packages; arrange pickup and shipping of outgoing packages; assist in determining status of unclaimed packages after events and find out where and to who they should be returned and shipped in a timely manner.

    Sales of event admission tickets including Pit Box Seats, Club Sebring Seats, Trackside Parking; Send out reserve letters for Pit Boxes, Club Sebring and Parking. 

    Maintain clean reception area; restock maintain current general information brochures and flyers.

    No travel required.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
