    Job Description

    IMSA seeks a talented professional to join us in the role of Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships based in our Daytona, FL office. 

     

    Summary

    Oversees and executes projects and activities in the Corporate Partnership team by developing and executing solutions in the areas of partnership management, partnership communications and event management.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    Partnership Management

    Fulfill and execute sponsorship contracts including managing event admission ticket organization and distribution, the development, approval process for creating and distributing and organizing marketing materials event support collateral, and other Partnership Management related materials.  Fulfil all other contractual assets and activation items. Maintain primary day-to-day management of assigned partners.

     

    Partnership Communications

    Develop, execute and manage a process in order to execute all Corporate Partner outbound and inbound communication including: research data, TV tune-ins, Public Relations material, TV ratings, Infographic, meeting schedules and agendas, social media and TV tune-in, RSVP and guest list management for events and other means of organizing and effectively determining appropriate internal and external communication methods and timing in order to effectively prepare the Marketing Department and Senior Management staff for each event.

     

    Event Management

    Develop and execute plans for managing an effective at-track activation for partners including the control, accountability and distribution of suite passes, parking passes, VIP experiences and victory lane celebrations.

     

    Effectively execute and oversee the process to distribute pre-event details such as parking passes, schedule of events, etc.

     

    Effectively execute and oversee the process to conduct VIP event activities such as Pit Tours, Hot Lap Rides, driver appearances at events.

     

    Attend IMSA race events and Corporate Partnership events as determined necessary and approved by the Director, Corporate Partnership.

     

    Effectively execute and oversee a detailed signage plan for each event. This will include pre-event planning, signage acquisition, event oversight and management, TV review and post event analysis. It will be the responsibility of the coordinator to maintain industry best practices.

     

    Assist to develop and maintain collateral material and distribute to partners, prospects and teams as necessary and as requested.

     

    Serve as on-site manager of the IMSA Business Center

     

    25% travel including weekends: Travel as needed for race events in support of the organization, execution and activation of Corporate Partnerships and Marketing initiatives as directed and pre-approved by the Director, Corporate Partnership.

     

     

    Qualifications:

     

    Education and/or Experience                                                 

    Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Computer Skills                                              

    Proficient in Company hardware and software as well as Microsoft Office suite of software and applications. Photoshop is a plus.
