    Job Description

    NASCAR Digital Media seeks a talented professional for the role of Manager, Digital Marketing.  Primary focus is website content monetization plans, database and email marketing management, including audience segmentation, email marketing planning, placing and optimizing. The Manager will also develop other digital marketing campaigns, such as paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, paid search and display with the Google Ad network, SEO, banner ad, mobile display and CPA campaigns, all with quantifiable ROI.


    Travel: Appx 10% including weekends


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Develop the digital marketing plan intended to grow key KPI’s, increase product subscriptions, and maximize revenue of subscription products
    • Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns designed to increase event ticket sales at all tracks
    • Enhance the company’s paid social media efforts through the use of emerging technologies, allowing for more in-depth monitoring, optimization, and conversion tracking
    • Oversee the creation of fan segments and execution of hyper-targeted campaigns 
    • Manage and oversee the company’s email marketing program, including but not limited to weekly newsletters, partner promotions, tune-in campaigns, and track ticketing campaigns
    • Work closely with the design team to develop creative for all digital ad campaigns 
    • Collaborate with our Partnership Marketing team on ways to support database initiatives for our official partners
    • Define customer database elements and corresponding segmentation strategies for marketing strategy
    • Refine process to optimize Fantasy participation, app download and product subscriptions via paid marketing 
    • Manage centralized marketing calendar, reports, and campaign recap presentations 
    • Manage weekly reports, ad-hoc data requests as well as monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews 
    • Create internal communications specific to corporate big data project
    • Communicate directly to industry stakeholders (i.e. tracks, teams, etc.) via cross-functional campaigns


    • Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum three (3) years of recent digital marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience with CRM for large advertisers, brands and organization
    • Experience with database management, template generation, and email deployment with larger ESPs
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and current mobile technologies
