    Job Description

    NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join our team in the position of Director of Talent Acquisition, based in our Charlotte, NC office.


    Responsible for providing leadership to the recruiting team as well as actively engaging in the recruiting process.


    Duties include, but are not limited to:


    Providing leadership and direction to the recruiting team, ensuring that all facets of the process are handled in a legally compliant and consistent manner, including job approvals, job postings, interviews, pre-employment screening, candidate selection, job offers and candidate communications.


    Act as a full life cycle recruiter on a variety of positions.


    Work with management in assessing staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.


    Recommend and strategize recruiting efforts to support company diversity initiatives.


    Responsible for providing steady focus on the company's employment brand to include developing, maintaining and refreshing the company's recruiting related communications (i.e. careers website, job postings, social media, etc.)


    Responsible for developing and maintaining workplace metrics.


    Actively study employment and recruiting trends and report on pertinent findings.


    Ensures all job descriptions are accurate and up to date, ensuring FLSA compliance.


    Approximate travel 20%.


    Required Skills/Experience:


    Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of Human Resources experience in Recruiting as well as proven experience leading a team. Experience working with iCIMS applicant tracking system is a strong plus.
