The Recrutier for Sales Academy will manage the Sales Academy recruiting process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assess staffing needs of the NASCAR Sales Academy and develop recruiting strategy, conducts market research as needed and makes recommendations on compensation level and sourcing initiatives.
Actively work with colleges to help build solid recruiting pipeline and ensure receipt of NASCAR Sales Academy information and opportunities
Work with Management to ensure accuracy of all recruiting documentation
Serve as main bridge of communication with Sports Business Solutions to ensure all recruiting and training event needs are met.
Assist to ensure accuracy of all Inside Sales Rep and Account Executive postings.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two (2) to four (4) years related recruiting experience, preferably with a combination of agency full desk and corporate professional recruiting.
Prefer previous experience in outbound sales or recruiting for outbound sales.
