NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Senior Manager, Event Pricing Strategist, based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office.   The Senior Manager, Event Pricing Strategist supports our mission by evaluating pricing techniques and employs pricing strategies that meet company standards, policies, and procedures. Works closely with data strategy team on complex analysis necessary to make informed price changes.  Collaborates with NASCAR-owned tracks to ensure price changes are operating properly.  Work in partnership with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive ticket sales while maximize revenue opportunities.    Duties include but are not limited to: - Evaluates sales trends to gauge demand and determine optimal price - Monitors consumer response and sell-through to regularly modify price changes - Reviews existing price strategies, price mix, quantity, etc., and make recommendations and execute changes in compliance with company policies and procedures. - Examines all consumer and group pricing including advance, variable and dynamic as well as any special priced promotions across all consumer inventory from grandstand seating, camping, race day experiences and hospitality - Works closely with Data Strategy group on all complex analysis requests as well as Research group to understand market sensitivities as well as special audience segment testing - Utilizes pricing tool to assist with monitoring and implementing price changes Required skills / experience: - Minimum two years’ experience working with a dynamic pricing tool - Experience working with a ticketing software, preferably Tickets.com, is a plus - Qualified candidate must have a strong working knowledge of current sports ticket sales and pricing strategies - Sports or entertainment box office experience preferred - 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Able to manage projects from conception to implementation - Familiarity with the sport of NASCAR is a plus - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written - Self-starter, able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision Apply Now! NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Technical Inspector I.   The primary responsibility for this position is to inspect vehicles as procedures dictates to assure compliance with specified series guidelines for competitors.  The other responsibilities include directing competitors in proper procedures for participating in race events.    Primary responsibilities:         - Work with the team of technical inspectors to verify that the race vehicles are in compliance with NASCAR rules. - Work one or more assigned inspection station(s) for initial through post-race inspections. - Assist in pre and post work day operations to include assembly and disassembly of inspection equipment. - Competent use of standard technology such as keyboard, mouse, windows-type applications, etc. - Use the Mobile Inspection Application to capture all inspection infractions. - Maintain equipment to avoid damage and ensure that hardware is properly stored for use at future events. - Perform duties in a timely and authoritative manner while portraying a professional image. - Competent understanding of radio use, procedures and etiquette. - Attend meetings and educational seminars as requested.Assist R&D personnel, as requested (i.e. Roamer arm help, or help with any race equipment that has been impounded for further evaluation). - Report any conflicts with teams or team members to your supervisor. - Assist with transportation of vehicles as requested. - Unload and load haulers as requested. - Perform other duties as assigned. Other responsibilities: - Assist with traffic control, crowd control and credential verification. - Handle issues appropriately in garage and pit areas. - Understand, communicate, and enforce The Company’s race procedure rules. - Successfully pass Pit Road Official Exam as administered. - Officiate race on pit road or in other locations using applicable technology. - Maintain proficiency in and knowledge of all pit road rules and penalties. - Implement / apply the appropriate pit road / practice / qualifying procedures /race procedures in a consistent, timely and professional manner. - Establish and maintain proper communications with the assigned crew chief(s) and / or Race Control as required. - Properly execute and confirm any directive from Race Control. - Display willingness and ability to learn new software programs created for race officiating. IMSA seeks a talented professional to join in the position of a Part-Time Transport Driver based in our Braselton, Georgia office.   This person will be responsible for driving equipment to and from events, set-up and teardown of all equipment used throughout the weekends and maintaining all equipment in functional and professional looking manner.    Duties include but are not limited to: - Drive truck when required to and from events as prescribed while maintaining Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations. - Truck and trailer loading and unloading; setting up and breaking down of awnings, tech equipment and other equipment as needed. - Truck and trailer scheduling and minor maintenance. - Responsible for equipment maintenance and care. - Work to support all weekend officials by maintaining equipment and supplies; staff any IMSA trailers as needed. - Prepare truck logs, complete time cards and fuel reports after all trips. - Required to operate forklifts and supporting equipment. - Will work in the office on days not driving. - Approximate travel required: 80% including weekends. - This position is for a motivated individual that must be available to work in the office between races and all IMSA events. - The ideal candidate to work with the IMSA Logistics Team would be able to drive various types of forklifts, have a class A CDL, able to lift over 50 pounds, able to stand for long periods of time and work in inclement conditions. This candidate may also be asked to augment other departments throughout the race event depending on levels of background and talents.   Required skills / experience: - 5 years truck driving experience within the motorsports industry - At least 1 year of experience in forklift operation - Class A CDL license required - Must be mechanically inclined; welding and fabrication a plus - Teamwork and interpersonal skills - Will be subject to DOT physical and drug screening requirements - Superior follow-through with a high-level of accountability for assigned tasks - Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills - Self-motivated, positive attitude - Strong executional capabilities - Strong collaboration skills   Apply Now!
