We primarily manage commercial projects in the sports and entertainment sector, and experience or knowledge of that area is a plus.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Plan and manage new construction and remodeling projects - Analyze specifications, drawings, and maps to guide the direction of projects to fit within the overall budget constraints - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists - Prepare preliminary cost estimates, budgets, and construction schedules - Create and interpret construction contracts - Create, review, and update schedules for construction to ensure projects are maintained on schedule - Manage approved budgets for projects, and forecast design and construction costs through the duration of the work - Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, budget, and per the contract drawings - Inspect project sites to ensure compliance with the contract documents - Communicate with team members as well as internal clients vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects - Travel required, including some weekends. Job Summary:   Daytona International Speedway is seeking a motivated team player to play an integral role on its Ticket Services team.  The Customer Care Specialist will report to the Director of Ticketing and will be part of the Customer Service / Retention Agents and seasonal staff, while serving as a liaison to the NASCAR Sales Center and NASCAR Sales Academy.  This position will assist with escalated customer service issues, while also focusing on renewal revenue generation, and driving year-round retention across all Daytona International Speedway events through current and new initiatives.  The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring the ticket staff delivers the highest level of customer service possible.     Essential Functions:   - Involved with the day-to-day operations of the ticket office service staff, including sales, renewals, and outbound call campaigns. - Develop and implement new ticket retention/sales strategies that maximize revenue and improve the customer experience. - Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all Daytona International Speedway guests. - Work closely with Sales Center and Sales Academy on a daily basis. - Keep informed of new products and services. IMSA seeks a talented professional to join in the position of a Part-Time Transport Driver based in our Braselton, Georgia office.   This person will be responsible for driving equipment to and from events, set-up and teardown of all equipment used throughout the weekends and maintaining all equipment in functional and professional looking manner.    Duties include but are not limited to: - Drive truck when required to and from events as prescribed while maintaining Department of Transportation (DOT) driving regulations. - Truck and trailer loading and unloading; setting up and breaking down of awnings, tech equipment and other equipment as needed. - Truck and trailer scheduling and minor maintenance. - Responsible for equipment maintenance and care. - Work to support all weekend officials by maintaining equipment and supplies; staff any IMSA trailers as needed. - Prepare truck logs, complete time cards and fuel reports after all trips. - Required to operate forklifts and supporting equipment. - Will work in the office on days not driving. - Approximate travel required: 80% including weekends. - This position is for a motivated individual that must be available to work in the office between races and all IMSA events. - The ideal candidate to work with the IMSA Logistics Team would be able to drive various types of forklifts, have a class A CDL, able to lift over 50 pounds, able to stand for long periods of time and work in inclement conditions.
